Bruce Kehoe began his professional career as a registered physical therapist. This experience helped form a unique perspective on how law relates to the practice of medicine and the lives of seriously injured people.
While medical legal issues have been one focus of Bruce's practice, he is equally familiar with negligence law and product liability. As Bruce owns and operates the firm's private aircraft, he is particularly knowledgeable in aviation law. His tenacity in pursuing fair and equitable compensation for clients is evident in a variety of complex cases, including: birth injuries, brain and spinal cord injuries, defective products, airplane and helicopter crashes.

As a litigator for six years in the Marion county Prosecutor's Offices, Bill Winingham was responsible for cases ranging from homicide to insurance fraud. This experience in deposing witnesses and preparing and trying cases has been key to successful outcomes for his clients in the areas of fire/explosion, product liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
Bill has handled cases ranging from violations of building codes and negligent highway design to a wide variety of defective products. He goes to great length to investigate cases, personally inspecting fire/explosion sites, using undercover private investigators to gather evidence, even traveling overseas to interview expert witnesses.

A former Air Force pilot as well as a Mechanical Engineer, Harry Wilson's meticulous attention to detail - he routinely flew the flight plan of aircraft involved in accidents he investigated - was matched by creativity in the area of demonstrative evidence.
Over the years, Harry brought into court semitractortrailer cabs, front-end loaders, even the cockpit of an airplane to show a jury exactly how an accident happened. This use of demonstrative evidence as a powerful courtroom tool has become a firm trademark. Harry tried product liability cases involving everything from defective lawn chairs to seat belts and power presses and had also been active in the area of fire and explosion litigation.
